Application forms can be completed online and forwarded to Mayfield with additional requirements as indicated.

Applicants are advised that Mayfield Education does not have CRICOS accreditation and we are unable to accept persons residing in Australia on a Student Visa.

bullet Funded Courses

Subject to eligibility criteria, funded positions in our courses are available through the Victorian State Government's Skills Victoria program.

Eligible students are required to complete a Skills Vic declaration form and provide proof of identity. To access this form, click on the link Skills Vic Declaration Form.

Mayfield will design and deliver workplace training to meet your facilities specific needs. With over 50 years experience as a leading health care trainer, and being fully ISO 9001 accredited and compliant with the VET Quality Framework, you can feel confident that Mayfield will deliver a quality, relevant and practical workplace program.

Information Sessions Dates & Times

It is a requirement for all applicants to attend an information session as part of the enrolment process. Sessions will run approximately for 2 hours and this consists of,

  • A course overview
  • A pre-course assessment
