Applying for a course
How to Apply
Application forms are available on our website at www.mayfield.edu.au. Follow the links to the individual course entries. Alternatively, contact us on (03) 9882 7644 and a course brochure and application form will be emailed or posted to you.
You are advised to apply early as some programs are filled by the closing date.
By Mail
Send your application form, and any required attachments, to Student Services, Mayfield Education, 2-10 Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East, Vic 3123

Applications with credit card details may be faxed to Student Services.
In Person
Your application and payment may be lodged directly at the Student Services Office during our office hours of 8.30am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
Applications for all Mayfield training programs and courses are subject to a selection process. If you are not selected a refund will be processed according to refund policy.
Acceptance in a Course
Letters of offer are sent to successful candidates approximately three weeks prior to course commencement. These letters will require a response by the student indicating their acceptance of a course place together with the payment. Once we receive your response together with your payment you are secured a position on the course that you applied for.
Fees
Please check fees when applying. Mayfield reserves the right to change fees when necessary. Mayfield will notify enrolled students of any changes to courses, fees or lectures when necessary. If a course is cancelled because of low enrolments, the course fee will be refunded.
Credit card payments attract a 1.5% surcharge.
Payment of Fees
All Mayfield programs and courses are GST free. Please click on the link below to access the Student Handbook for complete policy on payment of fees.
For Certificate Courses Only
A 5% discount will be applied if payment of total course fee is received six weeks prior to course commencement. No discount is available for Government funded course positions.
Short Courses
The course fee is payable in advance with applications.
Certificate Programs
The course fee is upon acceptance of offer. Non-payment can lead to Mayfield offering the position to another student (except where arrangements have been made to pay the fee by instalment).
Credit Check
A credit check is conducted for all applicants requesting payment of course fees by instalments.
