Dates Commences 10 February 2009 10 February (6.30 - 9.00pm); 16-20 March; 23 April; 23 May; 27 June; 17-21 August; 19 September; 24 October; 21 November 2009 Additional workshops may be added should the need arise. Assessment Two, 2 hour written examinations, plus the completion of a procedure book covering supervised on-site practical training. Award Mayfield Certificate in Advanced Cardiac Technology is awarded on completion. Fee $3,140 per person. Closing Date 19 December 2008. Late applications will be considered.
