Food Safety for Food Handlers
Any person who handles food in their workplace has a responsibliity to comply with food safety laws and handle food safely. This training is designed to provide food handlers with practical strategies to comply with the Food Safety Program at their premises. It covers correct preparation, handling, storing, display and transporting of food to eliminate the risk of food contamination.
