Applicants for the Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Health Supervision and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, may be eligible for funding under the "Skills Victoria - Victorian Training Guarantee". Diploma of Management (BSB51107)
The Diploma of Management is the appropriate qualification for individuals who manage the work of others or who conduct management practices.
Mayfield Education has customised the Diploma of Management to address the specific learning needs of team leaders, supervisors and managers working within the health and community services sectors.
Certificate IV in Health Supervision (HLT40407)
This qualification is suitable for people who work in the role of supervisor or senior workplace trainer in a broad range of healthcare settings including support services, technical services, care services, professional support services and administration services.
Vocational Graduate Diploma in Health (21856VIC)
This course will build on the skills gained in the Vocational Graduate Certificate and skill the worker in the areas of leadership change management, workforce development and advanced clinical skills.
Vocational Graduate Certificate in Health (21855VIC)
This course will provide participants with a broad and complex range of knowledge and skills to meet the demands of management roles in contemporary health care facilities and inlcudes organisational structures, health policy frameworks, project management staff professional development and advanced clinical skills. This course is suitable for middle to senior managers (supervisory positions, team leaders, and department managers) employed in the health/community services sector.
Supervision Skills for New Supervisors and Managers – 2 day short course
Organisations depend on supervisors to ensure effective service delivery. This course assists new supervisors and managers to develop the new skills, behaviour and attitudes they need to be effective in their new role.
