Developing Policies, Procedures and Audit Tools in
Health Care

Health staff are frequently required to develop policies and procedures to ensure the
required level of service delivery or care is provided. In addition, improvements in
health care delivery are a requirement of accreditation. This program guides the
participant in developing evidence based policies and procedures. This course also
builds skills in developing tools that can be used to conduct internal audits.
Internal auditing and subsequent action will enhance quality outcomes in your facility
