Performance management encompasses motivation, goal setting, human resource planning and
helping employees in their development as a valued member of the work team. Once
completed, performance appraisals should provide feedback to the employee, develop goals
linked to the organisation’s strategic plan and contribute to a personal development
plan for that employee.

$390 per person. A light lunch will be provided.
Students may choose to receive additional assessment materials at a cost of $60. Once submitted, these will be assessed and if successfully completed students will receive the unit “Manage people performance (BSBMGT502B)” from the “Diploma of Management”.
